Children's Home Manager

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Children's Home Manager to lead our team of dedicated professionals in providing high-quality care to vulnerable children.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing a children's home, with a strong focus on creating a warm and supportive environment that promotes the well-being and development of our residents.
As a Children's Home Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the home, including managing staff, maintaining relationships with external agencies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of staff to provide high-quality care to children
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each child
- Ensure the home is run in a safe and efficient manner, with a focus on quality and compliance
- Build and maintain relationships with external agencies, including social services and healthcare providers
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure the effective operation of the home
- Level 5 Leadership Management Children and Young People qualification
- Experience of managing a children's home or similar setting
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with children, staff, and external agencies
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
- Competitive salary up to £55,000 per annum
- 22% of salary bonus
- Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
- Pension scheme
- Funded level 5 if not already completed
