We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Industrial Automation and Robotics projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering projects on time, to budget, and to the quality expected.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks;
  • Provide project updates and reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners;
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and lessons learned;
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for process improvements and best practices;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements;
  • Contribute to the development of our company's project management processes and procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years' experience in a project management/project engineering role;
  • Qualification in project management, or equivalent experience;
  • Degree in an engineering-related subject;
  • Demonstrable experience of managing people at all levels in a project environment;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to build strong, effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Ability to manage a busy and changeable workload;
  • Proficient with Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
  • Competent in the organization of project meetings and presentations;
  • Ability to travel on occasion.
