Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage comprehensive forecasting and budgeting processes for the EIMEA trade bloc.
- Design and maintain advanced forecast and budget templates to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Design and maintain routine and ad-hoc reports for senior management, providing insightful analysis of financial results and trends.
- Analyse financial data, comparing actual and year-to-date performance with prior periods, forecasts, and plans.
- Prepare and present in-depth reporting and analysis of financial results related to the company's business and financial objectives.
- Provide actionable insights into sales and gross margin trends and variances.
- Collaborate with cross-functional business partners to identify and implement cost and operational efficiencies that maximize EBITDA.
- Optimize productivity by automating reports, leveraging financial systems, and improving processes as needed.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, or CIMA) with a strong track record of driving business growth and improvement.
They will be self-driven, motivated towards continuous improvement, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
