The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of design service experience in Automotive or Consumer Electronics, with a strong portfolio and proficiency in CAD software. They will be responsible for working on projects from ideation to mass production, participating in research, design, prototype, and testing, and communicating with sales and OEM customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on projects from ideation to mass production
  • Participate in research, design, prototype, and testing
  • Communicate with sales and OEM customers
  • Assemble prototypes and complete in-house product testing
  • Document BOMs and tooling pricing
  • Deal with local and international vendors and manufacturers
  • Generate 3D renders and animations

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, or Automotive Engineering
  • At least 3 years of design service experience in Automotive or Consumer Electronics
  • Strong portfolio and proficiency in CAD software
  • Experience in FEA, 3D rendering, sketching, and product styling
  • Experience in plastic injection molding, sheet metal design, rapid prototyping, model making, and engineering machining
