Key Responsibilities:
Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Leading your unit's nursing and care teams to meet the medical, physical, and emotional needs of residents.
  • Providing strong leadership to uphold and continuously enhance care standards.
  • Managing clinical elements and risks within your unit.
  • Ensuring timely completion and review of care plans and risk assessments.
  • Acting as the Named Nurse for assigned residents, overseeing their care profiles.
  • Supervising the management of medication within your unit.
