Key Responsibilities:
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Leading your unit's nursing and care teams to meet the medical, physical, and emotional needs of residents.
- Providing strong leadership to uphold and continuously enhance care standards.
- Managing clinical elements and risks within your unit.
- Ensuring timely completion and review of care plans and risk assessments.
- Acting as the Named Nurse for assigned residents, overseeing their care profiles.
- Supervising the management of medication within your unit.
