Job Summary

Pertemps is seeking a skilled Refuse Loader/Waste Collector to join our team in Stonehaven. As a key member of our waste management team, you will be responsible for collecting and disposing of refuse in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collecting and disposing of refuse in a safe and efficient manner
  • Working as part of a team to achieve waste management goals
  • Operating heavy machinery, including bin lorries
  • Providing excellent customer service to the public
  • Working in local recycling centres and participating in street sweeping activities
  • Delivering waste bin liners and other projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects
  • Basic knowledge of waste management procedures
  • Ability to work in all-weather conditions
