Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee and manage highway maintenance activities, including carriageway and footway/footpath works, ensuring timely and efficient completion of all tasks.
- Site Supervision: Conduct regular site inspections and walk-throughs to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
- Technical Support: Provide engineering expertise and guidance to the operational team, ensuring that all maintenance works meet the required quality and safety standards.
- HSE Compliance: Enforce Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations on-site, ensuring a safe working environment for all staff and contractors.
- Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of site activities, including progress reports, inspection logs, and as-built documentation.
