Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust is in search of enthusiastic Pediatric Nurses to become part of our vibrant team.
Deliver a high standard of personalized care to young patients, ensuring their privacy and dignity are upheld at all times. Evaluate care requirements, design, implement, and assess care plans. Assist in supporting the Senior Sister/Charge Nurse. Help maintain exceptional cleanliness standards in your designated clinical area.Key Responsibilities
Adhere to the NMC Code of Professional Conduct along with Trust policies, procedures, and guidelines. Consistently organize and provide tailored patient care, addressing the physical, social, and psychological needs of patients. Communicate effectively and collaborate with patients, their families, nursing colleagues, and members of the multidisciplinary team to ensure care is delivered accurately and efficiently. Support the Senior Sister/Charge Nurse in maintaining and enhancing high standards of patient care, ensuring that patients are treated with dignity and respect. Assist the Senior Sister/Charge Nurse in implementing initiatives outlined in the Trust's local Nursing and Midwifery and Patient Involvement & Experience Strategies. Aid the Senior Sister in ensuring that nursing practices reflect current clinical advancements, evidence-based guidelines, and are informed by sound nursing audits and research, identifying opportunities for involvement in such activities. Embrace the Essence of Care Framework and actively engage in its local implementation. Support Nurse Led Discharge within your area of responsibility and participate in the discharge/transference of 'medically fit' patients to more suitable settings.About Our Organization
