Job Title: Civil Infrastructure Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Infrastructure Engineer to lead a team producing designs and project deliverables, liaising with clients, attending meetings and construction sites, supervising and checking the production of project deliverables, and leading day-to-day aspects of a range of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver civil infrastructure projects, including surface and foul drainage, flood risk assessments, external works, and ground and drainage modeling.
  • Lead a team of civil engineers in producing designs and project deliverables.
  • Liaise with clients, architects, and internal structural teams to achieve intelligent and innovative civil infrastructure solutions.
  • Supervise and check the production of project deliverables.
  • Attend meetings and construction sites to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in civil infrastructure design and delivery.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Civil 3D, Site 3D, Causeway Flow, and/or InfoDrainage/MicroDrainage.
  • Word and Excel skills.
