Job Title: Lecturer in Roof

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified trade professional to join our team as a Lecturer in Roof at OnlyFE. As a Lecturer in Roof, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education and training to our students, sharing your knowledge and experience in the field of roofing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver workshops and classroom learning to students, focusing on engaging and inspiring them to achieve their full potential.
• Develop and implement curriculum materials, ensuring they are relevant and effective in preparing students for their future careers.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback, supporting their growth and development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive learning experience for students.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, incorporating this knowledge into your teaching and training.

Requirements:

• Relevant and recent industry experience in roofing, with a strong understanding of the trade and its practices.
• NVQ Level 3 in Roofing or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to demonstrate skills and understanding of the needs of learners in a training environment.
• Previous teaching experience is desirable but not essential.
