Evo Personnel is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team. As a key member of our distribution centre, you will be responsible for leading a team of warehouse operatives and ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of warehouse operatives to achieve high levels of productivity and efficiency.
  • Manage stock, materials, storage, and dispatch to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
  • Process documentation and administration to maintain accurate records and compliance with regulations.
  • Manage the warehouse budget to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Implement health and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Induct and train new members of staff to ensure they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
  • Implement ways to reduce waste and improve efficiency within the warehouse operation.
  • Work closely with the Quality Manager to implement policies and procedures.
  • Ensure machinery, equipment, and FLT's are maintained and reports are kept up to date.
  • Have a strong understanding of IT and exceptional organisation and communication skills.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience of managing team performance and KPI's.

  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
