About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team at Tops Day Nurseries. As a key member of our nursery team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our children, aged from birth to five years old.

Your primary responsibilities will include creating a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the social, emotional, and cognitive development of our children. You will work closely with our experienced team to plan and deliver engaging activities that cater to the unique needs and interests of each child.

We are committed to providing our staff with ongoing training and development opportunities, enabling you to grow and progress in your career. Our nursery is a 54-place Day Nursery & Pre-School, situated in a beautiful location, and we offer a range of extra-curricular activities, including Tops Forest School, cooking school, Boogie Mites, yoga, and meditation.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of a Level 2 in Early Years care and Education, with a Level 3 desirable. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
