Job Title: Property Executive

ERSG Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Property Executive to join our team. As a key member of our Retail and Property team, you will play a crucial role in maximizing sales, compliance, and passenger experience from all Retail and Property demises and commercial services in the terminal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with Retail/Property Business Partners to support the category team in achieving sales, compliance, and passenger experience targets.
  • Support fire safety compliance, assurance of contractual tenancy obligations, and management of information to drive reliable and accessible data.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including Retail Account Managers, Property Asset Managers, Heathrow's Health & Safety team, Heathrow Engineering, tenants, and third-party contractors.
  • Perform basic administrative duties, including PO creation, client/customer audits, risk assessments, and data management.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications and experience in fire safety, health and safety, risk management, facilities management/compliance, contractual compliance, business management, and/or experience of working in a property environment.
  • Understanding of airport operations and experience of working with teams to achieve improvement targets.
  • Effective communication skills, written and verbal, to enable reporting and presenting to 3rd parties, internal stakeholders, and business partners.
  • Analytical and data management skills, with strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills.
