Job Title: Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team at Blue Arrow, a leading recruitment agency. As an Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional support to our clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to our team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Manage and maintain our database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and interviews.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence with clients and candidates.
  • Prepare and distribute reports, documents, and other materials as required.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of administrative procedures and policies.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a recruitment agency or similar environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Teams.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
