Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead our residential care home in Exeter.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in care management, with a focus on delivering high-quality services to residents with dementia.

As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the home, including staff management, resident care, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of care staff to deliver exceptional resident care
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of residents with dementia
  • Ensure the home is compliant with CQC regulations and standards
  • Collaborate with external partners to provide additional support services

Requirements:

  • Registered Manager qualification and experience in residential care
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with staff and external partners
  • Knowledge of CQC regulations and standards
