Job Title: Lecturer in Health and Social Care

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lecturer in Health and Social Care to join our team at Coleg Cambria. As a Lecturer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to our students, ensuring they achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver lectures, tutorials, and workshops to students on Health and Social Care courses
  • Develop and implement innovative teaching methods to engage students and promote learning
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Contribute to the development of curriculum and course materials
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental and college goals
Requirements:
  • Qualified to at least Level 4 in a relevant specialist subject area
  • Teaching Qualification (e.g. Cert Ed, PGCE, C&G 7407)
  • Able to identify, interpret, and apply specific knowledge to practice
  • Competent digital literacy skills
  • Ability to develop and use a range of teaching and learning techniques
Welsh Language Requirements:
