We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Ipswich store team as a Store Crew Member. As the face of our business, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a memorable experience for our customers, and contributing to the overall success of our store.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and thank customers in a warm and friendly manner, ensuring they have had a positive experience with us.
- Provide exceptional service at all times, utilizing your knowledge to help customers find the best products to suit their needs.
- Efficiently process sales, orders, and refunds at the tills, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Process deliveries and help to get new stock onto the shop floor, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Contribute to the general housekeeping and tidying of the shop floor and back of house, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Stay up-to-date with company activity and promotions, ensuring you are knowledgeable about our latest offers and initiatives.
- Support floor moves, sale set-ups, and launches, demonstrating your ability to adapt to changing situations.
- Adhere to all FatFace policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and inclusive work environment.
- Deliver excellent customer service standards, focusing on customer needs and satisfaction.
- Exhibit a passionate commitment and enthusiasm for the FatFace brand, demonstrating our brand vision and values through your actions.
