Job Summary

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Research Manager to join our team. As a key member of our research team, you'll be responsible for leading research projects, collaborating with clients, and driving business growth through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead research projects from conception to delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement research studies, leveraging expertise in quantitative analysis and market research.
  • Mentor junior researchers, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive team growth and development.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, applying innovative approaches to drive business impact.
Requirements
  • At least 4 years of experience in research agencies, with a strong background in quantitative studies.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality research projects, with a focus on client satisfaction and business growth.
  • Excellent analytical and storytelling skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to clients.
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring junior researchers, with a passion for developing team members.
  • Fluency in another European language is an advantage, but not essential.
