**About the Role**
The RSK Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Asbestos Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing various frameworks and contracts related to asbestos remediation and surveys.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage multiple frameworks and contracts, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date master spreadsheets for each framework using Excel.
- Correspond with clients and contract managers on a daily basis to ensure seamless communication and project progress.
- Arrange appointments with residents and clients, and coordinate with supervisors, operatives, and surveyors as needed.
- Perform general administrative duties, including data entry into Easybop or Teams.
- Prepare site packs and completion files, and arrange for air tests, skips, and other necessary services.
- Review and quality-check survey reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Provide coverage for colleagues during annual leave or sick leave, and answer the main phone as needed.
**Requirements**
- Previous office experience, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and telephone manner skills.
- Able to meet deadlines and KPIs, with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Previous experience in the asbestos industry is beneficial but not essential.
