Red Sky Personnel Ltd is seeking a skilled General Foreman with extensive experience in the civil engineering sector, particularly within the water industry. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of health and safety regulations and demonstrate the capability to effectively manage on-site personnel.


The primary responsibility of the General Foreman is to oversee the successful execution of projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, within financial constraints, and without defects. The role involves planning, coordinating, and supervising the activities of all site workers.


Key Requirements:
  • Significant experience in the construction field, particularly in a general civil context.
  • Background in infrastructure, drainage, public realm, highways, and structural projects.
  • Proven history of delivering large-scale projects or supervising multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong people management abilities, including experience with subcontractor oversight.
  • Hands-on approach to project management.
  • Valid CSCS supervisor card.
  • SMSTS certification.
  • Lift supervisor qualification.
  • First aid certification.
  • NRSWA supervisor qualification.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with demonstrated leadership capabilities and the ability to inspire team members.
  • Outstanding communication, organizational, planning, and time management skills.
