Job Summary:
Blue Arrow - Southampton is seeking a skilled Chef De Partie to join our team at a prestigious independent boarding school in Dorking. As a key member of the culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving nutritious and well-balanced meals to students.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to create menus that meet the dietary needs of students
• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes using fresh and seasonal produce
• Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
• Work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Chef De Partie in a similar environment
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
