About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Event Producer to join our team at Get the Cream LTD, a fast-paced and rapidly growing creative events agency based in Manchester. As an Event Producer, you will be responsible for planning and executing world-class events for our clients, including conferences, awards, and brand activation style events.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute event concepts from initial ideation to completion
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their event goals and objectives
  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual requirements
  • Oversee event budgets and financial planning
  • Delegate tasks to team members and ensure timely completion of event tasks
  • Monitor event success and track key performance indicators

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A creative flair and a well-organized mind
  • Experience in live events and a good understanding of logistics, financial planning, and project delegation
  • Strong client management skills and the ability to drive large-scale events
  • Agency experience is a must
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • A proactive and can-do attitude
