About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Specialist to join our team at TLT LLP. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a crucial role in analysing and enhancing legal processes through the innovative use of Microsoft Power Automate, Power Platform, and other legal technology tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Analysis: Analyse existing legal processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement, particularly in document handling, case management, and client interaction.
  • Automation Design: Design and implement automation workflows tailored to the legal industry using Microsoft Power Automate, Power Platform, and other relevant legal technologies.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with legal teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with the firm's strategic objectives and compliance standards.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation for automated legal processes, including process maps and user guides specific to the legal context.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to legal staff on new automation tools and processes, ensuring seamless adoption and integration into daily operations.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitor and measure the effectiveness of legal automation solutions, making adjustments as necessary to meet the firm's evolving needs.
Requirements
  • Excellent Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on legal process optimization.
  • Technical Expertise: Proven experience in process analysis and automation within a legal environment, preferably with Microsoft Power Automate and Power Platform.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with legal professionals and support staff.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced legal setting.
  • Legal Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with legal software, case management systems, and compliance requirements in the legal industry.
  • Education and Certification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with a strong understanding of the legal industry. Certification in Microsoft Power Platform or related legal technologies.
