Clinical Nurse Training Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Training Lead to join our team at Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Community Transformation team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality DIALOG+ training and support to our staff. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients and contribute to the development of our mental health services.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and deliver a comprehensive DIALOG+ training program for our clinical staff
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to ensure staff are confident and competent in using DIALOG+
- Collaborate with our DIALOG+ project team to plan, implement, and evaluate training plans
- Conduct regular audits and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for change
- Lead and manage a team of local DIALOG+ trainers to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality training

Requirements- Registered Nurse, AHP, or Psychological professional with up-to-date registration
- Recognised teaching and assessing/mentoring qualification
- Experience of working in a leadership clinical role
- Evidence of clinical leadership skills in healthcare settings
- Extensive knowledge of inequalities faced by people with a mental health diagnosis and receiving mental health care
