Key Responsibilities:
- System Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of business systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to meet business needs.
- Technical Expertise: Utilize technical expertise to design, develop, and implement customized solutions to meet business requirements.
- Project Leadership: Lead and guide project teams to ensure successful project delivery and meet business objectives.
- Documentation and Reporting: Create detailed documentation and reports to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Integration and Maintenance: Integrate solutions with wider business systems and maintain and improve existing solutions and systems.
- Technical Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest technical trends and innovations and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and improvement.
Requirements:
- ERP Experience: Proven experience working with ERP systems, particularly in high-volume order processing environments.
- Technical Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process analysis skills, with excellent technical expertise in relational data, reporting, data manipulation, and BI.
- Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership Skills: Self-driven and confident, with the ability to lead and guide project teams and stakeholders.
- Project Management: Ability to manage and track multiple projects across teams and third parties.
Desirable:
- Kerridge ERP Experience: Experience working with the Kerridge ERP system, although not essential.
- Builders' Merchant Operations: Knowledge of Builders' Merchant operations and systems, or similar volume trades.
