Job Description

**Mobile SMART Repairer Position**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile SMART Repairer to join our client's busy Vehicle Repair Centre in Guildford. As a Mobile SMART Repairer, you will be responsible for repairing damaged vehicles in line with the Manufacturer's specifications, carrying out Smart Repairs, and following safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Repairing damaged vehicles in accordance with the Manufacturer's guidelines
  • Conducting Smart Repairs to restore vehicles to their original condition
  • Ensuring all work is carried out in a safe and efficient manner
  • Detecting and diagnosing any additional faults for further repair
  • Communicating with colleagues and customers to discuss repair work carried out

Requirements:

  • A recognised qualification in a SMART repair capacity
  • Previous working experience in a Mobile SMART Repairer role within a busy bodyshop
  • The ability to produce a high-quality SMART repair from start to finish
  • ATA qualification is desirable
  • Previous experience in vehicle SMART repair or alloy wheel repair is highly advantageous, however our client is open to considering candidates with a strong vehicle paint spraying background interested in focusing their efforts primarily on SMART and alloy wheel repair

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £26,250 with access to performance-related bonus providing £40,000- £50,000 annual uncapped on-target-earnings
  • A 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, with no weekends
  • Fully equipped company van, fuel card, laptop, and mobile phone provided
