Job Title: IT Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our team at nexfibre. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of our Digital Workplace service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day support to employees with IT issues
  • Manage the technical aspects of our Microsoft Azure tenancy
  • Act as the engagement lead with third parties for technical and security-related matters
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Microsoft 365 technical administration
  • Certifications in Microsoft 365 administration are highly desirable
  • Strong knowledge of Azure services, including cloud computing, networking, and security
  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  • Corporate IT physical infrastructure knowledge
  • Strong commercial and technical partner management experience
  • Ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders across different organisations
