Join Our Team as an Engineering Lecturer

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Lecturer to join our Engineering Department. As an Engineering Lecturer, you will be responsible for teaching a range of full-time, part-time, and HE programmes to students studying at level 2 to level 5, including Engineering specialism T-Levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences to students
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans and materials
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Contribute to the development of the Engineering Department
Requirements:
  • A relevant level 4/5 HNC/D qualification or significant industrial experience
  • A Level 2 qualification in maths and English (or equivalent)
  • A full teaching qualification at Level 5 or above (or willingness to work towards obtaining one)
