Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly skilled and responsible Laboratory Test Technician to oversee our advanced laboratory operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage laboratory activities, train new operators and engineers, and conduct quality checks.
  • Monitor equipment performance and ensure seamless communication with senior engineers.
  • Follow established test procedures for optical components and log test results meticulously.
  • Work with hardware, software, and PC-based systems, and operate stand-alone instruments.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Physics, Optics, Engineering) or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 2 years of work experience in a lab environment.
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, equipment, and software applications.
  • Proficiency in operating PC-based and stand-alone instruments without supervision.
