Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Associate Mechanical Engineer to join our industry-leading team in the Education Group. This role offers an exciting opportunity for career progression and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support and lead education projects, working closely with the Education Lead.
  2. Lead a team of engineers, energy modellers, and BIM technicians to deliver projects from concept design to RIBA Stage 3 draft Contractor Proposal stages.
  3. Manage projects through the Final Contractor Proposal stage and oversee construction stages.
  4. Develop and implement design and modelling processes, ensuring alignment with business requirements and DfE standards.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in client engagement through the CEM process and fast-track project delivery.
  2. Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and manage resources effectively.
  3. Strong financial management skills, with experience in delivering budgeted performance and KPIs.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to challenge design solutions and achieve optimal results.
