The Job Guru is seeking a talented and driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing and executing innovative digital marketing strategies for our esteemed clientele within the hospitality and hotel industry.

As a key member of our agency, you will collaborate closely with high-profile clients, building and nurturing strong relationships while overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of comprehensive marketing campaigns across diverse channels. Your expertise in PPC, Google AdWords, Paid Search Ads, Social Media, and Email Marketing will be instrumental in driving impactful results for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Craft and implement tailored digital marketing strategies specifically designed for the unique needs of the hospitality and hotel sector.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for prestigious clients, fostering enduring partnerships built on trust and mutual success.
  • Lead the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns encompassing PPC, Google AdWords, Paid Search Ads, Social Media, and Email Marketing, ensuring optimal performance and measurable outcomes.
  • Cultivate a collaborative and supportive team environment, mentoring and guiding junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of team processes, workflows, templates, and innovative approaches to enhance our marketing strategies.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in the field of Digital Marketing.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, demonstrating a deep understanding of its functionalities and best practices.
  • 4+ years of experience in executing successful PPC campaigns, showcasing your ability to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the capacity to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions that optimize campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication, account management, and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
