Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled Lead Mechanical Design Engineer to contribute to our innovative projects. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in the design of machinery tailored for automated production environments. This position presents a unique opportunity to engage in significant projects, overseeing the design process from initial concept to final implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct the mechanical design initiatives for automated production equipment.
  • Create pioneering designs that improve operational efficiency and dependability.
  • Perform feasibility assessments and generate comprehensive design documentation.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including electrical engineers, software specialists, and project coordinators.
  • Employ CAD software to produce intricate 3D models and technical drawings.
  • Manage the prototyping, testing, and validation phases of new designs.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards and safety protocols.
  • Offer technical expertise and support during the installation and setup of machinery.
  • Continuously refine existing designs and methodologies based on insights and technological progress.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in mechanical design engineering, particularly in automated production.
  • Expertise in CAD tools such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or equivalent.
  • Strong grasp of manufacturing techniques, materials, and automation systems.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficient in project management and organizational practices.
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills.
