Fit Out UK is a leading interior fit out contractor working in the Retail, Leisure, Commercial & Residential Sectors.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Contracts Manager to join our team to oversee and manage our retail/commercial projects in London, The South East and at times across the Country.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage site managers, direct labour and sub-contract labour
  • Interface with equivalent managers in cost management, M&E, transport, distribution, procurement, combined installation and design and other internal departments as required
  • Deliver projects from conception to close, including scoping works, preparing project programmes and ensuring delivery in accordance with project implementation plans and Contracts Manager guidelines
  • Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with the company's ethos and maintaining its reputation at all times
  • Focus on profitability, regulatory compliance and quality of delivery and project close out
Requirements
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office suite
  • Basic MS Project
  • Good communications skills
  • SMSTS
  • CSCS
  • First Aid
  • Minimum 5 years contracts management experience
  • Flexibility to work away from home occasionally
