Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to join our team at Bramwith Consulting. As a key member of our procurement function, you will be responsible for developing and executing procurement strategies that drive value and cost savings for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders to collaborate and deliver cost savings on food and beverage related spend.
- Develop and implement strategies prior to upcoming projects, contract expiry, and market changes that will commercially affect the firm.
- Mentor and performance monitor buyers to ensure sourcing strategies and tender outcomes are maximizing commercial success and value.
- Assess and mitigate commodity risk, monitor market trends, and devise strategies with the supply base to reduce issues moving forward.
- Adhere to sustainable sourcing practices and contract compliance.
Requirements:
- Strong commercial acumen and end-to-end procurement experience within Food and Beverages, FMCG, Retail, or Manufacturing.
- Experience within Food and Beverages Procurement.
- Demonstrable experience focused on strategic sourcing or category management.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, strong communicator, and the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and suppliers.
