Key Responsibilities: As the Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will oversee a selection of key broker accounts, ensuring alignment between client needs, strategic partners, and AXA Group's overarching goals. Your Profile:

Qualifications:

Highly driven with experience in commercial insurance. Familiarity with the distribution market. Understanding of profitability within the broker channel. Ability to cultivate senior reciprocal relationships with brokers at the executive level. Knowledge of underwriting and risk management is advantageous but not mandatory. Strong decision-making capabilities. Proficient in analyzing and interpreting data to adjust business strategies accordingly.

As a prerequisite for this role, candidates must be eligible and authorized to work in the United Kingdom.

This position is classified as an Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) role, which entails pre-employment screening and background checks every four years, along with an annual declaration in interim years.
