About the Role

As a Store Manager at Booker Wholesale, you'll be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth. You'll be the face of the business, building strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues to ensure a positive and productive store environment.

Main Responsibilities

As a Store Manager, you'll be responsible for:
  • Leading and developing a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Managing store operations, including stock control, inventory management, and visual merchandising
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Analyzing sales data and market trends to inform business decisions and drive sales growth
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety, security, and customer service standards

You Will Need

To succeed as a Store Manager, you'll need:
  • Proven retail management experience, with a track record of delivering sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of retail professionals
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions
