Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Shipwright/Boat Builder to join our team at Broadreach Recruitment. As a key member of our marine projects team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality on high-end yacht refits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain guard rails to ensure safety and stability
  • Collaborate with the team to meet project deadlines and deliver exceptional results
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and clients to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Utilize proven experience as a Shipwright or similar marine-based role to drive project success
  • Familiarity with marine industry standards and shipbuilding best practices is essential
  • Experience working on high-end marine projects is highly desirable
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Shipwright or similar marine-based role
  • Familiarity with the marine industry and shipbuilding standards
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
