We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced E-commerce/Stock Controller to join our team at Elite Associates. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing stock processes at our warehouse in Birmingham.
Key Responsibilities- Stock Management: Utilize the SAP system to efficiently manage and report on stock levels, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate and analyze stock reports to identify trends and discrepancies, providing insights and recommendations for inventory optimization.
- Stock Audits and Reconciliations: Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliations to ensure accurate stock levels and identify any discrepancies.
- Workflow Management: Oversee and streamline warehouse workflows to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, collaborating with the e-commerce team to manage order processing and dispatch.
- Task Management: Prioritize tasks effectively to maintain high standards of stock control, working independently and proactively to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Experience: Proven experience in stock control and e-commerce operations, preferably within a luxury brand environment.
- SAP System Usage: Proficiency in SAP system usage and stock management.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate and interpret reports.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Autonomy: Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Flexibility: Flexibility to handle both administrative and physical aspects of the role.
- Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm
