Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality care and support to our residents, and we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Lead to join our team.

Job Role

We are recruiting a Clinical Lead to join our team at Foxburrow Grange Care Home in Witham, which provides residential and nursing care, and specialises in high dependency, intermediate, and long-term palliative care and end of life care. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for providing inspiring leadership to our nursing team and care colleagues, overseeing high-quality and clinical care delivery, and supporting the Home Manager in maintaining the highest level of clinical governance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and deputise for the Home Manager
  • Provide inspiring leadership to the nursing team and care colleagues
  • Oversee high-quality and clinical care delivery
  • Support the Home Manager in maintaining clinical governance
  • Regularly audit practice to meet CQC requirements
Requirements
  • Registered adult nurse with current NMC pin number
  • Experience of working with older people
  • Experience of managing a team/leadership skills
  • Experience of working within a multidisciplinary team
  • Experience of care of people with long-term conditions
  • Knowledge of CQC Regulations
  • Clinical supervision skills
