Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse to join our team at the Division of Surgery – BHRUT NHS. As a Band 6 Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the management of our respiratory/endocrinology ward.
Main Responsibilities
- Assess care needs and develop, implement, and evaluate programs of care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
- Provide holistic nursing care to clients and take responsibility for a group of patients during shifts.
- Teach and supervise qualified and unqualified staff, and act as a role model to junior colleagues.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a safe environment and report any potential or actual problems to the line manager and/or Matron.
- Act as a link nurse when required.

Person Specification
