Cloud Adoption and Digital Transformation Java Developer

Stealth IT Recruitment is working with a global leading Digital Consultancy to find a talented Java Developer - Technical Lead to join their rapidly growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle, combined with a passion for learning and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work at the cutting edge of the public sector, tackling complex problems and creating innovative cloud-ready solutions.
  • Take on the role of Technical Lead with solid coding experience, using object-oriented languages such as Java, TypeScript, or C#.
  • Familiarity with front-end web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks like React.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work well with others, with self-motivation and the ability to show initiative in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Availability to work in the office at least 3 days a week, with the possibility of increased days depending on workload.
