About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Relationships Executive to join our Business and Industry team at EngineeringUK. This role will provide administrative support to our Corporate Members, with a focus on planning and drafting communications, event and meeting management, and project managing the development of new materials.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Corporate Relationships and the wider B&I team to ensure the smooth running of our membership network and other stakeholder relationships. This includes being a point of contact for our members internally and externally, and taking the lead on planning and drafting all communications, event and meeting management, and project managing the development of new materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Business and Industry team, with a focus on Corporate Members
  • Plan and draft communications, including emails, reports, and presentations
  • Manage events and meetings, including logistics, catering, and venue arrangements
  • Project manage the development of new materials, including reports, presentations, and marketing materials
  • Be a point of contact for Corporate Members internally and externally
  • Work closely with the Head of Corporate Relationships and the wider B&I team to ensure the smooth running of our membership network and other stakeholder relationships
Requirements
  • Strong administrative skills, with experience in event and meeting management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Good research skills, with the ability to synthesise information quickly
