We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Insurance Development Executive to join our team at CKB Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the commercial insurance sector.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to identify new business opportunities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and market research
- Work closely with our sales team to develop and implement sales strategies
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Minimum of 3-4 years commercial broking sales experience
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Competitive salary range of £45-75k basic, depending on experience and track record
- Car allowance and excellent bonuses
- Pension scheme
