Regional Account Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Account Manager to join our team at Zachary Daniels. As a key figurehead and brand ambassador, you will be responsible for elevating our market share in the affordable luxury watch sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maximise store performance across our network of independent retailers and national businesses.
  • Optimise sales performance and develop distribution with new accounts in physical and digital retail channels.
  • Maintain and strengthen brand image, creating strong relationships with independent business owners, managers, and sales teams to encourage brand sales growth.
Main Tasks:
  • Create business plans for each customer to deliver agreed sales and brand goals.
  • Plan and prioritise systematic support with retail partners through regular review meetings to ensure progress towards agreed objectives.
  • Optimise online presence with customers' websites, ensuring they are up-to-date and regularly refreshed.
  • Plan, agree, and implement marketing activities within agreed budgets to support sales and relationship performance.
  • Agree and manage product range with each customer to ensure strong brand representation and efficient stock management.
  • Identify training needs of each retailer store and implement plans to ensure high product knowledge across store teams.
  • Design and implement sales events, promotions, and incentives within agreed budgets to support product launches and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide product level forecasts and participate in product selection and development process.
  • Regularly report on sell-out performance and monitor market and competitor activity.

Key qualifications and skills include great communication skills, product knowledge, quality focus, customer focus, personal organisation, client relationships, attention to detail, and competitive analysis.
