- No uniform requirement, allowing you to feel comfortable and confident in your role.
- Guaranteed hours contracts, providing stability and predictability in your schedule.
- Competitive pay rates: £12 per hour weekdays between 10:15-18:15, £13.50 per hour mornings, evenings and weekends plus holiday pay, plus mileage reimbursement.
- Double Time on all Bank Holidays - £24 per hour
- Increased pay rates for completed NVQ levels, recognizing your professional development.
- Minimum of 35p per mile for travel expenses.
- Paid travel and wait time, ensuring you are compensated for your time and effort.
- All mandatory training compensated at £12 per hour.
- Access to a 24-hour employee assistance program for personal and professional support.
