About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious Self Employed Mortgage Advisor to take their business to the next level. You will be working with a growing independent Financial Services brokerage, providing mortgage advice to clients and capitalizing on leads supplied by the business.
Key Responsibilities- Provide mortgage advice to clients and generate leads
- Work remotely from home with occasional office visits
- Meet with clients in an Essex-based office as required
- Develop and maintain a client bank
- CeMAP 1, 2, and 3 qualified or equivalent
- Valid UK driving licence and own vehicle
- Essex-based with a moderate client bank
- Outstanding customer service skills and a strong work ethic
We offer a competitive commission package, including:
- 70% of self-generated leads if banking less than £5,000 per calendar month
- 80% of self-generated leads if banking more than £5,000 per calendar month
- 50-50 split on leads supplied by the business
