Commercial Tyre Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled commercial tyre fitter to join our team at Fleetline Tyre Services Ltd due to expansion and new business opportunities.

Essential experience includes working with Heavy Goods Vehicles (HGV) and Large Goods Vehicles (LGV). Experience with agricultural and industrial vehicles is highly desirable. We offer comprehensive training for the right candidate.

Our working hours are Monday to Friday, 7am to 5pm, with one hour for lunch. Every other Saturday, we work from 7am to 2pm.

We offer a competitive rate of £55 for each out-of-hours callout, which is done on a rotational basis. This includes one night per week and one day per month on a weekend. Additional callouts are available for those who wish to work more hours.

Our basic salary for experienced fitters is £32,000, with the potential to earn between £40,000 and £45,000 with overtime and callouts.

We cover the Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Walsall, and Lichfield areas, working from our base in Oldbury. We also offer opportunities for trainees, particularly those with a background in car or van fitting who wish to progress to truck and agricultural work.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £32,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
