Logistics Tutor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tutor to join our team, delivering Apprenticeship Standards in Supply Chain and Team Leading (Level 3). As a Tutor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality training and support to learners, ensuring they achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Apprenticeship Standards in Supply Chain and Team Leading (Level 3)
  • Provide a mix of face-to-face, remote, and workshop-based learning
  • Manage your diary effectively to meet delivery targets
  • Travel to different locations to engage with learners and employers
  • Inspire and motivate learners to achieve their qualifications
  • Ensure learners are on track by setting and reviewing SMART targets
  • Support learners with numeracy and literacy skills where required
  • Maintain communication with all levels of business stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in tutoring or assessing in a logistics or team-leading role
  • Strong communication skills to engage effectively at all levels
  • Ability to self-motivate and manage a flexible schedule
  • Full UK driving license and access to your own car (mileage allowance provided)
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting learner welfare
