Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Specialist to join our team at Career Smart. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and quality production of our products. You will work closely with our Production Manager to ensure that all products are built correctly, using engineering drawings and instructions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all products are built correctly, using engineering drawings and instructions
  • Work closely with the Production Manager to ensure timely and quality production
  • Perform fault finding, testing, and repairs on products as required
  • Use a combination of electrical, electronic, and mechanical components to build products
  • Read and follow build drawings and instructions
  • Keep clear, accurate, and traceable records for all products dealt with

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of both electrical, electronic, and mechanical components
  • Able to read and follow build drawings and instructions
  • A technical qualification (BTEC, HNC/D, Apprenticeship etc)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Driven and reliable
