Job Title: Risk and Compliance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk and Compliance Manager to join our team at Aldi Recruitment GB. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in supporting our UK and Irish businesses in meeting their compliance obligations.

About the Role:
  • Lead the National Risk and Compliance team and develop direct reports.
  • Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of International Compliance systems, ensuring National business needs are met.
  • Support National Top Management in National Compliance matters, aligning with International Compliance governance.
  • Act as a Risk and Compliance expert, providing advice and support to various stakeholders.
  • Coordinate Compliance-related training and guidance material.
  • Ensure necessary safeguards are in place, including risk and compliance policy monitoring and updating.
  • Promote effective and efficient risk and compliance management processes.
  • Engage with Enterprise Risk Management business leads to support business-wide risk assessments.
  • Support international Enterprise Risk Management development, including a new tool.
  • Support the National Crisis Response Framework development, operation, and monitoring.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrable experience in advising on projects, developing policies, and training, driving compliance and efficiencies.
  • Passion for driving business forward in Risk and Compliance.
  • Adept at building and maintaining collaborative working relationships.
  • Able to manage a demanding workload to deliver on time and to the highest quality.
What We Offer:
  • Starting salary from £61,065 rising to £94,240.
  • Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, with the opportunity of 2 days a week remote working.
